Every new client for Weight Loss or Vitamin Injections must have a short "Initial Telehealth Consult" with our Nurse Practitioner, Mia Ogurek, APNP, prior to their first appointment. This is a virtual exam and is good for one year, but must be updated if health information changes throughout that year. In order to schedule the initial consult, please click on "TELEHEALTH CONSULTS" and you will be taken to the Scheduling Portal via "OptiMantra."

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with 3 consents/forms that must be filled out prior to the consult. You will also receive a link in this email that you will click on to join the Telehealth appointment with Mia at your scheduled time.

Once your Initial Telehealth Consult is completed (or you are a returning client), you may then click on "SERVICES." This will take you back to our Scheduling Portal via OptiMantra where you will have the ability to look through every fabulous thing we have to offer! Choose whichever service(s) you have been approved for by our nurse practitioner, and schedule a time slot available with any of our 3 amazing Luxx Ladies!
